ABP Kettlebell · Last updated: 29 October 2026
ABP is a kettlebell training log for iOS — sessions, bells, reps, rounds, and the progress across them.
Getting help
Email [email protected] with what happened and, if it helps, a screenshot. ABP is built and supported by one person, so replies come from the person who wrote the code. You will normally hear back within a few days.
Frequently asked questions
I got a new iPhone. How do I get Pro back?
Open the ABP Pro screen in the app (Profile → ABP Pro) and tap Restore purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple Account, so restoring it on a new device is free and takes seconds. If you use sync, signing in with Apple brings your training history down too.
Does the free version lose my data or limit my history?
No. The free version keeps your complete history on your device for as long as the app is on it. Nothing is trimmed, paywalled, or deleted by us. Pro adds sync, backup, file export, finishes, and the main bell — it never gates your own numbers.
What does ABP Pro include?
A yearly subscription, billed through the App Store, that includes the gold finish, cloud sync and backup across devices, file export, the main bell (a default bell that fills in loads as you log) and next-workout planning. It also includes any Pro feature added while you are subscribed. Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings; your history stays readable for free.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. It's immediate, it's free whether or not you have Pro, and it revokes your Sign in with Apple credential. All your data is permanently removed from our servers right away — not after a waiting period. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
What format is the export?
A JSON archive of everything, plus a CSV of your sessions that opens in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets. Export is part of Pro, and it exists so your data is never locked in.
Is there an Android version?
Not currently. ABP is one person's project, and doing one platform properly beats doing two badly. If that ever changes, it will be announced in the app.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, fully. ABP is local-first: logging, history, and stats all work with no connection. Sync catches up when you're back online.
Where can I read the fine print?
The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. Both are short on purpose.
